Arrival & Parking

  • Secure Parking

    There is parking directly outside the practice on the stones or across the road in the marked parking spaces. Please do not park on our neighbours driveways or on their stones as well as at car and bakkie hire across the road.

  • Wheelchair Accessibility

    We are on the road level with one step up to the practice. A ramp can be placed at the step to aid the wheelchair and mobility aid path into the practice.

  • Arrival Time

    For your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary registration forms.

Practice Policies

  • 24-Hour Cancellation

    Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will be billed in full. We reserve this time specifically for you. These cancellations are to be completed telephonically and will not be accepted via email or WhatsApp as messages can be missed or not received

  • Medical Emergencies

    We do not operate after hours or on weekends. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please proceed immediately to your nearest hospital casualty unit or dial 10111.
